Integrations are where automation succeeds or fails
Anyone can copy a record from A to B once. A production integration handles authentication that expires, APIs that rate-limit, fields that do not quite match, records that arrive twice, and errors that must reach a human instead of vanishing. That unglamorous engineering is most of what we do — and it is why our integrations keep running.
How we build an integration
We start from the API documentation and your real data: authentication (API keys, OAuth), field mapping you approve, transformation rules, then the reliability layer — retries with backoff, idempotency so nothing duplicates, holding queues for failed records, and alerts when something needs attention.
No API? There is usually still a way
Some tools expose webhooks, scheduled exports, email interfaces or direct database access. We assess what is genuinely possible and tell you the trade-offs before building — including when the honest answer is that a tool needs replacing.
